When Animals At Home Solent colleague Barry White’s Bedlington Terrier Woolfie was chased and pinned down by three larger dogs, he turned an unpleasant incident into positive publicity for his business, while at the same time making other dog owners aware of their responsibilities under the newly-revised Dangerous Dog Act.
Barry reported the incident to the police as the owner of the three dogs refused to give any assurance he would control his dogs in future. With Barry’ permission we contacted his local media and he was interviewed and photographed by the Portsmouth News.
